Reconstruction
and Development Programme
The Somali Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP) is the resultant series of documents coming out of the Somali Joint Needs Assessment Process. The RDP contains 5 volumes. The reconstruction program will include a vast overhaul of the network capabilities available in Somalia, which will lead them into a mode of digital-friendly environment that will enable a more prosperous future. This means that everyone will have access to internet content that is very essential for development in the 21-st century. We are talking movies, games, pop-culture platforms, everything will be served on a platter for daily digestion. We are most excited about online games and sites like RatedUSACasino.com that will enable cross country gaming and many rewards and favorable promotions that everyone can use and take advantage of.
